Stupid NHS that send you letters which get your hopes up and turn out to be nothing!

Also, note to self - do not listen to Evanescence when even vaguely depressed as it goes straight to /wrists level. Try something bouncy instead.

So that was me lying there not sleeping last night and I know I can't nap today or I'll be up tonight instead of asleep /sigh

All in all, that sucked!
