dawnthiefSo its been a while due to laziness, work, general head fuckery, and everything else that makes modern life so much fun.
Things I discovered recently...
Warehouse make stuff that looks good on me but their delivery service is dire.
The agency I work for lost our contract but we''re all being moved to another agency so jobs safe.
A weekend under a duvet with a friend watching comedy rugby matches and eating chocolate n crisps is actually a pretty decent cold cure.
Northumbria Uni have finally had enough paperwork from me to consider giving me money for the work i've been doing for them for the last term and a half....my bank account says yay.
Apart from that its getting nearer to my first night out on the town properly with no hiding or concealing who I am (will be...sod it you know what I mean) hence the clothes shopping and the growing sense of total panic. Currently the only thing stopping me building a bunker in my flat and hiding there till the date has passed are some of the photo's a friend got of me a few weeks back which are a) awesome cos she can actually take photo's and b) I look like a girl...
There a few edges to smooth off but then theres going to be knives and surgeons and stuff at some point so I figure if I look decent now then I'll look good after all that plus I'm getting better at make up so ronald mcdonald and the clown from IT can have their jobs back.
Add to that the fact that the new EQ2 expansion launches tomorrow (what...I'm a geek ok?) and the world could be worse :D
