Avatar and Xmas
Dec. 30th, 2009 08:17 pmSo Avatar was fun...totally recomend going to see it to anyone with 3 hours to kill and the ability to spot a plot hook 20 minutes in advance of it happening. The special effects make the film and so the plot being a bit thin doesn't matter as much...who needs plot when you have an awesome dragon type thing and cool gunships?
Xmas.....was dull. At parents as father's birthday is xmas day but they're both in their 70's and now spend at least half the day asleep. So that was fun.
However, after that trauma I got to go to the sales and that was much more fun. SHopping on the web just isn't the same and I'm starting to get to the point where actually I don't give a shit anymore that some shop assistant's jaw is on the floor because I'm looking through the tops or skirts or asking if they have something in my size and do they have a tall section...I'd like to thank my friends for that. You're wonderful people and are making this all SOOOOOOO much easier. All that said...no you still can't borrow that top you've been eyeing up ;P
